Registration
To register, please complete the online registration form. Online registration is strongly encouraged.
Registration for RFSA Sponsored Delegates
Delegates who are being sponsored to attend the RFSA Conference 2011 are advised to click on the State Council Sponsored Delegate Registrations tab of the online registration form and enter the password that has been sent to your division.
Registrations will only be processed once payment is received. Payments made by cheque will incur a $10.00 cheque processing fee and will only be accepted up until 28 April 2011.

Entitlements
All Conference Delegates are entitled to the following:
- All sessions
- All official documentation including program booklet and list of participants
- Exhibition Launch Barbeque
- Welcome Reception
- Conference Dinner
- Morning and afternoon teas
- Lunches
- Satchel
Important Registration Information
NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.
Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express are the only credit cards accepted at the Conference. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to conference by arinex P/L
Cheques should be made payable to RFSA Conference 2011. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted.
Cheque payments will only be accepted until 28 April 2011. After this date, all registrations (including accommodation bookings) must be submitted with credit card payment via the online registration form or by calling +61 2 9265 0700.
All cheque payments will incur a A$10.00 processing fee.
You may not pay your fees by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
You will not receive any further publications before the Conference. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the conference. At the conference you will receive the final program, the book of published papers/Conference documentation and a list of delegates.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.
Registration Fees:
Before 15 April 2011 will incur an A$100.00 cancellation fee.
Before 12 May 2011 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
After 12 May 2011 there will be no refund.
Accommodation:
One nights deposit must be paid or credit card details given at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
Deposit is non-refundable at 12 May 2011.
Social:
Payments are non-refundable at 12 May 2011
Entrance to Conference
Each member of the Conference will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
