Online Registration for the RFSA Conference is now closed as we have now relocated onsite at the Conference. Please visit us at the registration desk located on Level 1 of the Rydges Lakeside Canberra for any queries regarding the Conference.

Registrations will only be processed once payment is received. Payments made by cheque will incur a $10.00 cheque processing fee and will only be accepted up until 17 May 2010.

Please note: If you are a RFSA Member, completing this form is an expression of interest only, and not a confirmation that you will be registered for the Conference. The Conference Managers will email all RFSA Members who have completed an “expression of interest” on 14 May 2010 to confirm your registration for the Conference.

Important Registration Information

NOTE:  Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.

Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express are the only credit cards accepted at the Conference. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to conference by arinex P/L

Cheques should be made payable to RFSA Conference 2010. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted.

Cheque payments will only be accepted until 17 May 2010. After this date, all registrations (including accommodation bookings) must be submitted with credit card payment via the online registration form or by calling +61 2 9265 0700.

All cheque payments will incur a A$10.00 processing fee.

You may not pay your fees by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.  Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.

You will not receive any further publications before the Conference. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the conference.  At the conference you will receive the final program, the book of published papers/Conference documentation and a list of delegates.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.

Registration Fees:
Before 7 May 2010 will incur an A$100.00 cancellation fee.
Before 17 May 2010 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
After 17 May 2010 there will be no refund.

Accommodation:
One nights deposit must be paid or credit card details given at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
Deposit is non-refundable at 17 May 2009

Social:
Payments are non-refundable at 17 May 2009

Entrance to Conference

Each member of the Conference will receive a name badge upon registration.  The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
